Program Overview

No matter where you are in your leadership journey, the Leadership Foundation has a program to help you become a more effective leader at work or in the community. And, each of our programs provides the tools you need to succeed: knowledge of the issues facing our community; a new network of peers with diverse backgrounds and viewpoints; new leadership skills; and opportunities to put those skills to the test and gain valuable experiences.

Did you know we offer scholarships for all of our programs? Our Leading Colorado Scholarship Fund opens doors for remarkable civic leaders who otherwise would not be able to participate in the Leadership Foundation’s transformational programs. When we bring people with diverse viewpoints and backgrounds to the table, our community becomes more inclusive and collaborative, and we make Colorado better for all. Scholarship opportunities will be made available in the application process.

Access Denver
In this two-day program designed for senior leaders who have been recently promoted or are new to Denver you’ll learn about the issues facing the Denver metro area and add to your network of influencers.

Colorado’s Civic DNA Fellows
Our newest offering helps you further develop your leadership skills over eight months through one-on-one professional coaching, peer feedback and tools for self-reflection that can increase your business and civic impact.

Impact Denver
Connect with up-and-coming professionals while you learn about community issues, discover your leadership style and complete a community impact project with a small team over six months.

Leadership Denver
This is the region’s premier leadership program, where you’ll become a community champion through in-depth experiences and tackle community projects with your team over 11 months.

Leadership Exchange
On this invitation-only trip, more than 150 business and civic leaders go to the source of innovative community leadership taking place in a U.S. or international city to explore and learn together, then bring back big ideas to improve Colorado.
