The purpose of the Leadership Fellows program is to provide a place for top leaders to work on their personal growth and elevate themselves to the next chapter of leadership in their organization or community.

Participant Profile:

• Someone leading teams or an organization mission/vision
• Someone wanting to grow their personal leadership skills to move a team or mission forward
• Someone interested in moving their leadership skills into the civic arena
• Someone whose leadership development is a priority for the individual and organization
• Someone willing to be part of a cohort and share best practices and challenges
• A Chamber Leadership Foundation alum is preferred, but not required.

Program Objectives:

• Leadership Introspection: Participants will use the Colorado Civic DNA Leadership Framework to articulate key milestones from their leadership journey thus far and convert those learnings and experiences into a future action plan. Participants will align personal values with identified goals in order to lead their organization or community at scale.
• Leadership Tools: Participants will identify and address blind spots in their leadership style, develop and implement a personalized plan, resulting in improvements in leadership effectiveness using a 360 assessment and collaboration with an executive coach.
• Strategic Problem-Solving and Cohort Engagement: Participants will evaluate current matters within their organization or community using a confidential cohort of peers to design a solution.
