As an alum of over 10 Leadership Exchange (LEX) trips, Greg Bante has seen the impact of learning from other communities.

The Savills Studley managing director hoped to do the same thing in his own state – and it was possible because of Colorado Experience (CE).

“Having had the privilege of attending LEX, where we take a deep dive into communities out of state and bring new ideas back to Denver, I was determined to learn more about what other communities within Colorado are doing to make their communities a better place,” Bante said.

CE is a two-day, one-night exploration where business and civic leaders hit the road connecting with Leadership Foundation alumni, big ideas and communities in every corner of the state. Providing an opportunity to see “the depth and quality of what our great state has to offer outside of Denver,” Bante said.

And, there’s no better way to connect with leaders across the state: “I have met some of my clients, closest friends, mentors and now teammates at CE and the various programs offered at the Leadership Foundation.”

This year, CE is heading to Vail May 30-31, where participants will meet leaders from the State of Colorado, Vail Resorts, Colorado Department of Transportation, Vail Valley Partnership and Colorado Mountain College – and reconnect with fellow Leadership Foundation alumni. And test their skills with experiential learning opportunities at unique places like Walking Mountain Science Center and more!
